By going through this wonderful piece, I have gained revelational knowledge on some ways that we make ourselves vulnerable for the devil to attack. This vulnerability comes from the “lust of the eye” which is our selfish desires. When enslaved as a result of our desires emanating outside God’s will, Satan deepens it by making us not settle at the lower part of the pyramid, we become insatiable.

Though we are enslaved in the emptiness of our selfish desires, God made an escape plan (Jn.14:6) available, not leaving us completely (Isa.1:18). In coming to God, He gives us numerous instructions on how to live victoriously, spiritually and more in this present time.
